Our timepieces are created through thoughtful design and skilled craftsmanship, with Indian artisans (karigars) combining traditional watchmaking techniques with contemporary design.

Many designs can complement both everyday dressing and special occasions. We recommend following the care instructions and product-specific specifications for your watch.

Yes, there are 2 ways to classify our timepieces 

1. Limited edition: Where we make only few pieces per design.

2. Bespoke Timepiece (Only edition): Where the specifications are given by the Customer right from the design, the gemstones to be used, dial options, size of the watch case etc. everything is customised in detail as per the imagination of the customer. This turns out to be a Masterpiece designed uniquely for that particular client.

We make every effort to represent our products accurately. Minor variations in colour, texture and finish may occur due to natural materials, handcrafted finishing, photography lighting and screen settings.

Yes, we offer customised timepieces, subject to design feasibility. Contact us to discuss your requirements, pricing and estimated production timeline.

Gemstones and materials vary by design. Please refer to the individual product page for details about the gemstones used in your chosen timepiece.

Water resistance varies by model. Please check the specifications on the relevant product page and avoid exposing your watch to water beyond its stated rating.

All our watches are PVD (watch plating process) plated. Our watches have four plating (finish) options, Gold, Rose gold, Silver and Brown.

Our watches are equipped with Swiss Quartz mechanism, chosen for their precision, reliability and performance.

Select your preferred timepiece, add it to your cart and complete the checkout process using the available payment options. Your order is confirmed once payment authorisation, verification and order confirmation are completed.

Payments are securely processed through Razor pay. The available payment methods will be displayed at checkout. SPRIHA does not store your complete card details, UPI PIN or banking passwords on its own servers.

Yes, we offer complimentary shipping across India through Ship rocket and its courier partners.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3- 4 business days from order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, customisation requirements, delivery location and unforeseen logistical delays.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via your registered email address and/or mobile number.

Please contact us at connect@sprihatimepieces.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellation requests are subject to order status and the applicable Terms & Conditions and Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The watch must be unused, unworn and in its original condition, with its original packaging, tags, warranty card, accessories and proof of purchase. Please email connect@sprihatimepieces.com to initiate a return.

Personalised or engraved products, custom-made or made-to-order products, gift cards, and clearance or final-sale products are not eligible for return under our policy.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at connect@sprihatimepieces.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. An unboxing video is recommended. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary by bank or payment provider.

If you wish to purchase another model, we recommend returning your original watch, subject to our return policy, and placing a new order through our website.

Yes. Every SPRIHA timepiece comes with a 2-year warranty on the watch movement against manufacturing and material defects, a 1-year battery warranty against manufacturing defects and premature failure under normal usage and 1 year plating warranty. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser from the date of purchase. 

Also please refer to our care instructions to preserve your timepiece in the best possible manner.

The warranty covers eligible manufacturing and material defects in accordance with our Warranty Policy. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, scratches, misuse, unauthorised repairs or water damage caused by use beyond the specified rating. For assistance, email connect@sprihatimepieces.com with your order number or invoice, a description of the issue and photographs or a video, where applicable. All warranty servicing must be carried out by SPRIHA or an authorised service partner.

We recommend keeping your watch away from extreme temperatures, strong magnetic fields, chemicals and unnecessary exposure to water. Regular servicing will help maintain its performance and finish. Please refer to our care instructions under each product description.
